What Helped My Sister – and Can Help You
As a medium, it isn’t easy to receive client feedback. Most people don’t want others to know that they’re in transition, feeling internally broken, or consciously choosing not to return to their old selves. I feel the same. Going back to “Petra 1.0”? Absolutely not. I’m getting close to version 50+ 😉 — yes, that’s my real age, and yes, I genuinely love all the experiences and growth steps, I’ve collected over the years.
Seeing growth through someone else’s eyes
Sometimes inner change becomes most visible when you witness it through someone else. I learned this through my sister Elke. She works in healthcare, surrounded every day by hierarchy, bureaucracy, and relentless pressure. Recently, she asked me for guidance day after day. On the sixth day of our conversations, she opened with: “Thank you for picking up.”
That simple sentence said everything: she was ready to do the work and trusted that I could guide her along her path.
Why change requires courage and structure
Change isn’t easy. It takes:
- courage
- honesty
- the willingness to let go
But when you break guidance down into practical, understandable steps, inner growth often unfolds faster and with more clarity.
